Optional Execution advisory
When the evidence changes, the strategy should be allowed to change with it.
A sales strategy should not become an instruction to ignore what the market is telling you.
Once execution begins, the business learns. Customers respond or fail to respond. Conversion changes. A lead source may underperform. A competitor may shift its offer. A role that looked right on paper may need to be redefined. An assumption about price, channel or capacity may prove incomplete.
The 90-Day Execution Advisory includes four one-hour sessions each month, normally scheduled weekly. This creates a consistent execution rhythm while allowing time between sessions to implement decisions, test what is working and gather new evidence.
Each session reviews progress, examines live sales results and customer feedback, resolves execution constraints and establishes the next priorities. Where the evidence demands it, the sales model, process or strategy can be refined quickly, preventing unnecessary burn and keeping the business focused on the strongest path to growth.
Together, you review what is happening, distinguish a temporary fluctuation from a meaningful pattern and decide what to hold, what to improve and what to change. This allows the business to make quicker, better-reasoned pivots before weak assumptions consume unnecessary money, time or team capacity.

This is not an outsourced sales department and it is not rigid supervision of the original plan. It is intensive mentoring and senior execution support designed to help the founder make stronger decisions while the market is answering back.
"The day is not the product. The quality of the decisions is."
