Across the program, participants will learn how to: Understand the end-to-end sales process - from prospecting to closing and follow-up Build confidence in conversations with customers, even when they are new to the role Ask the right questions to uncover customer needs instead of “pushing” products Explain solutions clearly using simple, value-focused language Handle objections and rejections without losing energy or motivation Develop basic planning, tracking and follow-up habits that drive consistent results The approach is highly interactive - with videos, reflection exercises and simple frameworks that can be applied on-the-job from Day 1. By the end of the program, participants walk away with a clear understanding of what good selling looks like, greater confidence in talking to customers, and a strong foundation to grow into high-performing sales professionals, regardless of their industry or background.
