Sarika Karnad is one of the most loved therapist at Gytree. 

She is a centred and queer affirmative mental health practitioner with a Masters in Clinical Psychology. She has volunteered and worked at several organisations with varied populations & demographics in the past 4 years. 

Over time, she has evolved as a psychologist who believes in understanding people's experiences in order to walk with them through their mental health journey. She is also a passionate mental health advocate and believes in spreading awareness wherever she can.

Chahat Vasdev, Nutritionist Consultant at Gytree, believes that our lifestyle is the representation of our health and any health goal can be achieved by changing your relation with food & lifestyle.

She is an expertise in dealing with women suffering with lifestyle disorders like PCOS, Weight issues, diabetes, emotional eating etc.
